Ardmore Beast

Ardmore beast is the result of a collaboration between the Isle of Skye Brewing Co. and our good friends at the Ardmore Distillery.

Ardmore is the only Highland distillery to use peat smoked malt. Secondary maturation takes place in hand-crafted quarter casks giving the finished whisky the deep, smooth flavour that Ardmore is renowned for.

Ardmore Beast is the amazing result of maturing unfined Cuillin Beast for two full months in the quarter casks, revealing the strength normally hidden behind its exceptional smoothness, with the real bite of the peat in both the nose and palette.

Only six casks have been made, so enjoy Ardmore beast whilst you can. Slainte math!
