The final stage in our brewing process is known as 'Conditioning'.

Stage 5: Conditioning

When the fermentation process is complete, the 'young/green beer' is conditioned to allow the beer to mature.

During this process, the yeast becomes dormant and settles out of the beer at the bottom of the tank.

And that, is how we end up with our pot of gold.
